Steel and stainless steel make up much of our laser cutting work. Our fibre lasers cut mild steel and stainless steel cleanly across a wide gauge range, holding consistent edge quality on thin sheet and thicker plate.
The 9kW Amada Regius handles heavier sections up to 25mm, while lighter gauges run on either machine for faster throughput. Cut parts come off the bed ready for folding, welding or assembly with minimal secondary finishing.
Every part is cut on CNC-controlled fibre lasers, which hold consistent dimensions across a batch and across repeat runs. Clean edges and a consistent cut mean most parts need little secondary finishing before the next stage.
